Schedule your appointment now, pay when you come in! Live Lean Rx generously gives our clients the ability to easily schedule an appointment without paying deposits or for services until you come in for your appointment, but we do have a simple confirmation process we ask that you understand. Please read the Appointment Booking Policies below the appointment scheduling calendar on this page before booking your appointment. Thank you!

Same Day Bookings: Please text us for availability. If we have an opening, we’ll immediately let you know!

  1. Select your appointment type. Fit3D is included with all DEXA and Combo Packages.
  2. Choose the day you would like to come in.
  3. Hit search and select a time that works best for you!

Please Note…

  • If you just want a single DEXA+Fit3D Combo or any of our 2-4-6 DEXA+Fit3D multi-packs, schedule a single DEXA + Fit3D Combo for your first appointment. When you come in, we’ll apply all Specials or Multi-Packs you want with discounts at checkout!
  • The RMR test requires 8 hours minimum of fasting and no stimulants including caffeine.
  • The VO2 Max test is a treadmill exercise test. Dress in workout attire and be capable of  doing a cardio exercise workout.
  • If you have questions about any of our services, don’t hesitate to text or call us at 281-241-7125. It’s easier to respond to text during the day when we are with clients. Phone calls will be returned by end of day if you leave us a message!

Live Lean Rx Houston Appointment Booking Policies

    • Book your appointment online at a time that works for you and you will immediately receive an email confirming the date and time of your scheduled appointment.
    • A few days before your appointment, you will receive a text message reminder and confirmation request that you must respond to with a simple YES, you will be at your appointment, or NO you would like to cancel your appointment.
    • If no response to 1st request, we will send another text confirmation request that has a response deadline time until appointment cancellation.
    • If no response to 2nd request, we will cancel your appointment and send notice to your email.
    • If you need to reschedule your appointment, no problem, just let us know 24 hrs in advance and we’ll take care of you! Though we do not charge fees if cancelled without 24 hour notice, we will ask you to prepay for your next appointment.
    • The only penalty fee we have is for No Show, No Call on day of appointment. The fee for not showing up to an appointment without a courtesy call to let us know is $75 which must be paid before we’ll let you book with us again.
