You may have read that the LLRx Houston team has lost over 100 pounds… each! With backgrounds in science, technology, and data, we each took very careful approaches to diet, exercise, fat loss, and muscle. We learned to replace the trial & error approach to calories and exercise with precise measurements and we came to realize that body composition was far more important than anything the scale could report.
